Turkey Tetrazzini Casserole

Ingredients:

8oz uncooked wheat spaghetti
1 lb cooked turkey breast, cubed (3 cups)
20oz canned reduced fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup low fat milk
2 2/3 oz romano cheese, grated
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup dried break crumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Spray a 7x11 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
  3. Combine the turkey, soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder, cumin and pepper in a large bowl.  Add the spaghetti and toss well.  Transfer to the baking dish.
  4. Combine the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.  Sprinkle over the spaghetti mixture and bake until the top is golden brown, 20-25 minutes.
